Our CROSSFIT program will help you build strength and endurance with high-intensity workouts that constantly vary.
CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. The program works for everyone — people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years.
CrossFit makes great use of barbell movements that range from your most basic of movements: Back Squats, Front Squats, Press, Bench Press, and Deadlifts. To your more complex Olympic barbell movements: Cleans, Snatches, and Jerks.
CrossFit also uses body weight exercises, but the combination of that along with gymnastics and heavy lifting, is what sets it apart from most fitness regimes. Body weight movements range from Push-ups/Pull-ups, Sit-ups and Air Squats.
If you are not ready for a specific movement, that movement can always be scaled/modified to a movement you can complete in order to achieve the same result.
Elements – CrossFit For Beginners
Program Designed Specially for Beginners!
You’ll be participating in small group classes, focusing on bodyweight movements and lightweight implements. We’ll teach you the basics and emphasize proper technique.
In each session a coach will explain and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a CrossFit-style workout. We guarantee you will get a damn good workout. Sweating is up to you. Only you can make the workout as hard as you want it to be.
Once we are confident that you can properly demonstrate the movements we use daily in CrossFit, you may graduate to our regular CrossFit classes and get the full CrossFit experience! We normally request that you attend 8-10 Elements classes before graduating into the CrossFit classes.
This Non-Barbell class can kick your ass. These classes consist of 45-50 minutes of high-intensity workouts. Whether you are uncomfortable with weightlifting, you want more cardio and metabolic conditioning, or you just love to collapse in a puddle of sweat, then this class is for you. No bar-work in this class. Instead, participants will focus on more gymnastics, body weight, kettle bell, dumbbells and cardio!
Boot Camp – IMPACT “6 Week All Inclusive Training/Education”
One of our most popular programs to start with. This Boot Camp will help you finally take control of your health and see true lasting results. Break away from the struggle to find and stick to a healthy routine. This will help you find that community where you can hold each other accountable and support each other’s health and fitness goals.
This is an ALL INCLUSIVE program. Workouts, Nutrition Guidance, weekly follow-ups, biometric testing via our In-Body machine (check your body fat %, muscle mass, weight), and a community of people with the EXACT same goals in mind.
Our trainers will design individualized programs especially suited to meet your needs and provide you with a safe and challenging workout. Whether your goal is a well developed physique, better cardiovascular endurance, or improved overall health, we’ll be there to provide expert instruction, guide you through proper form and alignment, and of course, offer you the motivation and support you need.
It is often said that your fitness level is 20% your activity and 80% the things you put in your mouth. And we don’t disagree. To help you really understand the power of nutrition in your quest to get healthier, we offer both 1-on-1 and Group Nutrition Services.
