CrossFit High Octane requires new members to take our introductory classes called “ELEMENTS” before graduating into the group WOD’s. Our experience is that clients (athletes) who are new to CrossFit usually require more attention and instruction. This is not a matter of your fitness level, but the emphasis of the ELEMENTS classes is on skill development and exposure to our basic movements. It is designed to prepare you to enter our ongoing group classes. The technique will be emphasized for both your safety and success at the next level. 

CrossFit High Octane “CrossFit 101” consist of 10 one hour classes called ELEMENTS. During this time, one of our experienced instructors will introduce you to technique and mechanics, movements that are relatively non-technical to progressively more technical. There will be a workout at the end of each session. 

If you think you should be excused from the requirement of the ELEMENTS classes, please contact us. An example of someone who might be excused is a person moving to Apopka/Orlando who has been a member at another CrossFit affiliate.
