Schedule

Each class is approximately 50 minutes to one hour in length. We encourage members to come in 15 minutes early to warm up and work on specific skills.

Class times are as follows:

Monday:          6am, 8am, 9am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm (ELEMENTS)
Tuesday:         5am, 6am,  8am, 9am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Wednesday:   6am,  8am, 9am, 4:30pm,  5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm (ELEMENTS)
Thursday:       5am, 6am, 8am, 9am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Friday:             6am,  8am, 9am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm (ELEMENTS)
Saturday:          9am
Sunday:           10am

Please Note:
All classes in RED are CrossFit 101 (ELEMENTS) classes.  Appointments REQUIRED!
All other classes are group Workout Of the Day classes.
